We have a lifetime replacement policy, meaning we can replace your floor mat set no matter how long you've used them.
Which models does this set fit?
Our car floor mat set fits Model Y Performance (or 5-seaters) version, and the years are 2020-2023.
Are model 3 and model y floor mats the same?
Please be aware that the floor mats for Model 3 do not fit into Model Y and vice versa.
Do they sit still? What should I do if my mat does not sit still?
First of all, make sure that your model is supported (our car mats fit Model Y Performance, or 5-seaters version, years are 2020-2023) since our car mats are specifically designed and cut for said models. Lastly, in case you need an additional grip, there are hook-and-loop strips included.
My set came with wrinkles. What can I do to get rid of them?
Just let them under the sun for some time or use a heater to do it faster. Also, they can disappear on their own when placed in a car.
Is it easy to clean? Are they thick enough to be waterproof?
Our car mats are easily cleaned with a water hose or a wet towel/rag. The car mats include high edges to ensure no spillage in case of bad weather or any other reason, and the mats themselves are entirely waterproof. Just dry out car mats before placing them into the car.
What material are these made of - plastic or rubber?
Our car mats are made from TPE material (thermoplastic elastomer), a mix of plastic and rubber with a high-temperature threshold. The texture on top of the car mats is designed to have more grip and keep the dirt, dust, and other particles on the floor mat and not around your interior.
